Evionas RZ is a medium-sized iceberg lettuce with flat-round head shape. The flat ribs and the nicely closed base enable a quick harvest. The slow head filling results in a long harvest window. Due to the Knox trait, the cut surfaces do not discolour so quickly. Evionas RZ is strong against bolting, internal tipburn and brown ribs.
