We choose green varieties that are sweet and crunchy, while remaining compact so that the red lettuce varieties have enough room to grow. Salanova® Trio Mix
The Salanova® trio offers completely new textures, leaf shapes and color combinations. Thanks to the “ready-to-cut” principle, it is quicker to prepare and offers a unique taste. Salanova® Trio can be harvested as a whole head or as a Salanova® Teenleaf mix.
