Description
Palermo Obedius is an orange-coloured pointed pepper from the Sweet Palermo line with medium fruit weights of 120 to 150 g. The plant has an open, labour-friendly habit with moderate vigour. The attractive, orange-coloured fruits have an aromatic, sweet flavour and a good shelf life. They are suitable for fresh consumption in salads, but also for grilled peppers, stir-fries and casseroles.
