Description

Karotan RZ is a carrot for industry with a weight of 200-400 g and a development time of approx. 160 days. The conical, smooth and evenly intensely coloured root has a length of 20-30 cm. Karotan RZ is a versatile carrot for the processing industry. Due to the high carotene and sugar content as well as the high dry matter content, Karotan RZ is the optimal variety for juicing, freezing and drying.
