Description
Berlioz RZ is a parthenocarpic gherkin with slightly spiked fruits in a length/thickness ratio of 3.0:1. The vigorous, open plant has a good regenerative capacity and produces high yields of dark green, evenly coloured fruits in fine grading. The crunchy fruits have a firm skin, a very good internal quality and an excellent aromatic taste. The gherkin Berlioz RZ is a premium product for the fresh market and can be used for pickling as well as for raw consumption as a snack.
