Details
This baby leaf variety combines speed of growth with yield thanks to its broad, curved leaf shape. The upright plant allows variable crop densities and can be harvested in different leaf sizes, depending on the lettuce mix and market requirements. The added value of Brassini RZ lies in its purple leaf colour and uniform wax layer, reddish leaf veins and stems as well as its mild and fruity texture and taste.
