Description

Salanova® is a lettuce type from Rijk Zwaan that separates into small, bite-sized leaves according to the "...one cut, ready!″ principle. Bonarda RZ is a red Batavia type for outdoor cultivation as well as greenhouse cultivation (soil/hydroponic). As the variety has the Knox trait, the cut surfaces do not discolour so quickly. The head is large and suitable for marketing as a single head, also in flow-packs and in duo-packs with a green variety. Salanova® Batavia Bonarda RZ is strong against bolting, internal and external tipburn.
